At UC Davis Cancer Center, we offer one of the largest, most comprehensive cancer diagnosis and treatment programs on the West Coast. Our highly skilled, compassionate medical oncologists work closely with their colleagues in surgical oncology and radiation oncology to provide each patient with accurate diagnosis and state-of-the-art, individualized treatment.

Our medical oncologists have extensive expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of lung and other thoracic cancers, prostate and other genitourinary cancers, breast cancer, gynecologic cancers, melanoma, leukemia and lymphoma, gastrointestinal cancers, sarcomas and brain tumors.

Through our clinical trials program, one of the leading programs of its kind nationally, our medical oncologists offer patients access to the latest drug, immunologic and molecularly targeted cancer therapies before they become widely available.

Our medical oncologists also collaborate with physicians and other health professionals in related specialties to ensure that cancer patients and their families have access to complete care for their physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Our excellence in cancer care is reflected in our designation by the National Cancer Institute, the nation’s top cancer organization.
