Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Residency application information
For full consideration applications must be received by November 13, 2009. As we will begin interviewing in mid-September, early application is encouraged. Interviews will be scheduled on selected Fridays and will consist of interviews in the morning with faculty and residents and conclude with lunch with our residents and the opportunity to observe in didactics in the afternoon.

- Three letters of recommendation from psychiatrists familiar with your work and a letter from your general psychiatry residency training program director
- Verification of completed psychiatric training
- Medical school transcript
- USMLE or COMLEX transcript
- A letter from your medical school Dean of Student Affairs is required.
- Register with the National Residency Matching Program (http://www.nrmp.org )
