Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Residency Application Information
The final application deadline date is November 2, 2007. As we will begin interviewing in mid-September, we encourage early application. Interviews will be scheduled on selected Fridays and will consist of interviews in the morning with faculty and residents and conclude with lunch with our residents.

- A curriculum vitae
- Three letters of recommendation from psychiatrists familiar with your work and a letter from your general psychiatry residency training program director
- Verification of completed psychiatric training (PDF) (Microsoft Word)
- Medical school transcript
- USMLE scores
- A letter from your medical school Dean of Student Affairs is required.
- Register with the National Residency Matching Program (http://www.nrmp.org )
