Prepared childbirth classes

This four-session program will provide an overview of labor and delivery; instruction and skill practice on relaxation and breathing techniques and an overview of pain medication options. Expectant parents may tour the UC Davis Birthing Suites each Sunday at 4 p.m. Patients will meet at the Pavilion Lobby Information desk, near the main entrance to the hospital. MIND Institute’s Distinguished Lecturer Series

Steve Silberman presents "Great Minds Don’t Always Think Alike" at 4:30 p.m. in the MIND Institute auditorium, 2825 50th St., Sacramento.
