Philosophy of Care

Dr. Lokna has a collaborative teaching style with patients at all levels of fitness in treating musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. She is also interested in partnering with her patients to encourage a whole person approach to fitness and wellness. This includes exercise prescriptions, injury treatment and prevention, fitness assessments, as well as lifestyle and integrative interventions to support optimal health.

Clinical Interests

Dr. Lokna is a sports medicine physician offering care for children and adults with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. She also has clinical expertise with the Sports Performance Lab in exercise testing, body composition analysis, biomechanical, and fitness assessments.
