Three-month Group Mentoring Program now accepting applications

Learning and Organizational Development is excited to announce that the 2024 Group mentoring Program is now open and accepting applications through May 17.
Join your peers for a transformative three-month professional development program, spanning from July to October 2024. This program pairs mentors with small groups of mentees, comprising staff members from both UC Davis and UC Davis Health. The tailored approach for the 2024 program integrates both in-person and virtual sessions, offering a dynamic mix of large and small group mentoring activities. Throughout the program, participants will have the opportunity to expand their networks, gain deeper insights into the organization, uncover their Gallup-Clifton Strengths, and chart a course for their professional growth, whether it involves pursuing new roles or refining strategies for personal and career fulfillment.
