Since its launch in 2010, UCnet has served as the systemwide source of employee and retiree news and benefits information. On April 24, a new version of the site was launched to showcase — and help you navigate — the many benefits of working at UC and being part of a community that transforms lives through education, research and public service.

The homepage features top news and direct links to your benefits accounts and resources.
Hover over the main menu at the top of the site (or, on your phone, open the menu on the upper right), to go directly to information about:
Compensation – review UC’s compensation policies or estimate your total compensation.
Employee benefits – navigate UC’s comprehensive health and welfare, retirement or home and family benefits and learn how to make the most of them.
