Clinical Interests

Dr. Frank is a cardiothoracic anesthesiologist caring for patients with a wide range of conditions undergoing cardiac and thoracic procedures. He has a special clinical interest and expertise in treatment of heart failure including mechanical circulatory support and cardiac transplantation.

Research/Academic Interests

Dr. Frank is passionate about medical education, including clinical teaching, publication of educational texts, and development of computer-based simulation. He also has an interest in development of computational methods for analysis of physiologic data.
