Philosophy of Care

As a clinical social worker, Lori Baker provides clinical skills adapted from a whole person prospective and how surrounding systems around the person is impacting their quality of life as well as the persons' level of functioning. Social work philosophy starts where the person is at, support self determination and empowerment for change.

Lori Baker is a licensed clinical social worker offering education and support to Seniors with chronic medical conditions. Lori also assist family and primary caregivers with managment of care to loved ones with a cognitve impairments including a variety forms of dementia. Lori facialates multiple learning and support groups within the healthy aging clinic.
