Admissions and how to apply
All applicants for admission to graduate study in Health Informatics must first meet the requirements of Graduate Studies of the University of California.
The application process is now closed. We will resume accepting applications September 2, 2008.
Application process
- Complete online Application for Admission
- $60 (domestic), $80 (international) application fee, payable online with credit card or e-check
- A complete set of official transcripts of all previous undergraduate and graduate work*
- Statement of purpose
- Curriculum vitae uploaded via the online application web site
- Three letters of recommendation from academic references submitted electronically by the referee
- TOEFL scores (international students only)
*After submitting completed online application, please send one copy of official transcripts directly to:
