The UC Davis Health System's compliance program is all about making right choices and demonstrating to both internal and external customers the organization's continued commitment to making proper and ethical decisions. The Code of Conduct is an integral part of this compliance program and  reflects the values of the organization. The health system's ability to further its mission depends upon the capability of all employees to support one another in upholding these values.
