Clinical Assessments for Neurodevelopmental Disorders
The UC Davis M.I.N.D. Institute Clinic employs a highly effective, multidisciplinary approach to the evaluation and diagnosis of autism, fragile X and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
Healthcare professionals from the UC Davis Departments of Pediatrics, Neurology, and Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences staff the clinic. Physicians, psychologists, occupational and speech therapists, nurses, social workers and child life specialists comprise the clinic’s professional staff. The clinic is open weekdays.
Families interested in having their children seen in our clinic should ask their primary-care physicians (PCP) to submit a referral to the UC Davis Health System's physician referral center at (800) 482-3284. Insurance and self-pay options are available.
Research into the causes and most effective treatments is a critical function of the Institute. We welcome your participation in our clinical research studies.
