Philosophy of Care

Family practice allows me to perform a full spectrum of care for patients of all ages. It also enables me to establish long-term relationships with my patients and to build partnerships with them to deliver the best available health care. I encourage my patients to take an active role in their health care and to protect their good health through preventive medicine, a healthy lifestyle, exercise and a well-balanced diet. I strongly believe in preventive medicine and the aggressive treatment of disease to maximize my patients' quality of life. I am pleased to be a part of the UC Davis Health System and to be able to draw upon the extensive health resources available to deliver the highest quality of care.
