Twin pregnancies symposium scheduled for Nov. 2

UC Davis Health faculty will be speaking at the “Meet the Experts: Current Challenges in the Evaluation and Management of Twin Pregnancies” symposium, hosted by Natera, on Friday, Nov. 2 from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Kimpton Sawyer Hotel.

The agenda will include a discussion of current challenges in the evaluation and management of twin pregnancies. The role of new and future scientific advances in the care of twin pregnancies will also be integrated throughout the program.

Herman Hedriana, director of the division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at UC Davis Health, will provide the welcome and closing remarks. He will be joined by speakers including:

  • John McGahan - professor of Radiology and director of Ultrasound, UC Davis Health
  • Sherzana Sunderji - assistant professor in Pediatrics, director of Fetal Echocardiography, UC Davis Health
  • Amelia McLennan - assistant clinical professor of OB/GYN, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, UC Davis Health
  • Veronique Tache - associate professor of OB/GYN and residency program director, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, UC Davis Health
