Dr. Van Den Bogaerde currently serves as an official team physician for the Sacramento Republic FC professional men's soccer team.
Dr. Van Den Bogaerde's research interests include clinical-outcome studies regarding the efficacy of treating shoulder and knee injuries. His teaching interests focus on developing a resident teaching curriculum for sports medicine and shoulder and elbow surgery.
