U.S. News & World Report ranked UC Davis Medical Center among the nation’s best in eight adult specialties for 2023-24, including cancer; cardiology, heart & vascular surgery; diabetes & endocrinology; ENT; geriatrics; neurology & neurosurgery; obstetrics & gynecology; and pulmonology & lung surgery.

The UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center is the only in inland Northern California to hold “comprehensive” designation from the National Cancer Institute, awarded to a very small percentage of U.S. centers.
