The Host Microbe Systems Biology Core Facility (HMSB Core) is housed within the Department of Medical Microbiology & Immunology in the School of Medicine at the University of California Davis. We provide researchers with an easily accessible, one-stop solution for all of your microbiome analysis needs. Our comprehensive sequencing services make use of the latest next-generation sequencing technologies and easily accessible, open-source software provide the backbone of our data analysis pipelines. The HMSB Core performs complete start-to-finish workflows from sample processing to data analysis, eliminating the need to submit samples and data to separate facilities.
