What is UC Living Well?

UC Living Well is the system wide wellness program coordinated by the UC Office of the President. UC Living Well aims to encourage all members of the UC community to lead a healthy lifestyle by participating in wellness activities and programs offered by both the system wide program and UC campuses and medical centers.

UC Living Well is partnering with Optum, a health and well-being company serving nearly 60 million people. Optum provides innovative programs and services, including a personalized wellness portal and Wellness Coaching available online or by phone. You can even earn rewards for taking simple, healthy steps.

Everyone Welcome to Participate

As in past years, certain UC bargaining units have opted out of the wellness benefit.  (Participating bargaining units are listed at: http://uclivingwell.ucop.edu/unions.html).

To access the Wellness Website, go to uclivingwell.ucop.edu and click on the "I WANT, I GET" button. Register on the site by creating a user name and password. When you register, you'll need the UC employee's Social Security number. This private number is used only once to verify your identity.

Incentive Award

The incentive award is a $75 Visa gift card for employees and retirees.  (Although welcome to participate in all wellness activities, spouses/domestic partners are not eligible to earn the incentive.)
