UC Davis Health employees are the heart of our organization. On Thursday, August 26, 2016, the OEDI executive sponsor for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) hosted a recognition luncheon for ERG chairs, co-chairs, and past chairs. In honor of their hard work, dedication and accomplishments currently, in past years. UC Davis main campus constituent and affinity leaders were also invited to network with UC Davis health ERG leaders. They were also recognized for their hard work by Vicki Gomez of Campus and Community Relations.

Veterans

In honor of Veterans week, UC Davis Health honored all UC Davis Staff, Faculty, and Student veterans with an event held on Tuesday, November 8. Vice Chancellor and Dean Julie Freischlag, MD, provided a welcome to all who attended, and Kenneth Furukawa, MD, Health Sciences Clinical Professor of Pediatric Anesthesiology and Acute Pain Management, and retired US Army Colonel gave a presentation on duty, honor, and country.

Here are several pictures of the successful event.
