Telehealth Education Program

Course Information

Having trained nearly 1,875 community-based health care providers and administrators at our facility in Sacramento, as well as over 1,500 participants who have taken our courses at the American Telemedicine Association Conferences, the Center for Health and Technology has developed internationally acclaimed telemedicine and ehealth curriculum.

While attending the Center for Health and Technology's educational courses, you can earn Category 1 credit. The University of California, Davis, Health System is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Course Curriculum

The Center for Health and Technology (CHT) has developed a curriculum that embraces a multidisciplinary approach while incorporating discussion, lecture and hands-on training. The CHT's uniquely designed facility offers a customized classroom and fully equipped telemedicine training laboratories. More than 1,870 people from over 900 organizations have attended our training courses traveling from California, out of state and other countries since 1999.

Course Tuition and Payment Information

The Telehealth Education Program has a fee structure depending on whether your organization is not-for-profit, for-profit or located outside of California. Tuition for our one or two day telehealth sessions are shown below. Tuition includes course material, CME certification, continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments.

One Day Only

Payment Information

The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, Discover, MasterCard or VISA. An automated credit card payment system will be available once you've submitted your registration details.

Cancellations received in writing fifteen calendar days before the first day of the course will be refunded less a $30.00 processing fee. Refunds after that date will be considered for extenuating circumstances and are subject to a $50.00 processing fee.

Policies and Procedures

The UC Davis Telehealth Education Program has a written set of policies and procedures regarding program participation requirements, curriculum, costs, due process, safety and grievance procedures that are made available at our learning facility.
