Support services

Patient-centered care is at the heart of everything that we do. Our support services help patients and their families through their medical journey and ensure that they receive all of the help they need in their healing process.

  • Child life and creative arts therapy services

Child life specialists, along with music and art therapists, provide bedside medical play and preparations for procedures, offer age-appropriate coping strategies, and accompany children during medical interventions. Play materials are provided at each child’s bedside or in the teen or children’s playroom to encourage typical development while hospitalized.
