Easy Breathing is a 2-session class for patients with ongoing lung conditions such as asthma, emphysema or chronic bronchitis. This class is taught by a registered respiratory therapist and covers the following:

• Daily management of your lung condition
• Appropriate use of medications
• Dealing with anxiety
• Responding to respiratory emergencies

The classes are open to UC Davis Health System patients. These classes are offered at UC Davis locations in Sacramento, Elk Grove, Folsom, and Roseville. Please view the class schedule and contact us at (866) 683-2154 to sign up.
