Class description
This one* or two-session program will provide an overview of labor and delivery; instruction and skill practice on relaxation and breathing techniques and an overview of pain medication options. Participants are encouraged to attend a tour of our birthing suites by calling (916) 703-BABY (2229) as this will not be included in the class.
