High school outreach: Mentoring the next generation

Medical students teach a series of classes on health and science to area high-school students from disadvantaged backgrounds throughout the year, encouraging them to consider a career in health care. Among the programs available are the Medical Student Anatomy Lab, Saturday Academy, Summer Scrubs and school site visits.
