Blood drive canceled

A blood drive set for Wednesday, June 18 at the medical center has been canceled.

The drive had been scheduled to take place outside of the Cypress Building in Parking Lot 1. UC Davis Medical Center’s Volunteer Services holds the drives several times a year in conjunction with the Sacramento Blood Center. The unavailability of a mobile unit from the blood center has caused the cancellation.

The next blood drive will take place on Wednesday, Aug. 20, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., in the Patient Support Services Building, Room G300.
