Chin joins Division of Nephrology as assistant professor

Andrew I. Chin has joined the Division of Nephrology as an assistant professor.

Chin earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from Princeton University in 1991, and his medical degree from UC Davis in 1995. He served as chief resident and received the Resident of the Year Teaching Award in1998. He completed his nephrology fellowship training at UC Davis in 2001, where his clinical research focused on vascular reactivity, the effects of anticoagulation on hemodialysis, and aldosterone antagonism in dialysis patients.
