Donald joins Department of Anesthesiology

David A. Donald recently joined the Department of Anesthesiology, where he will work in general anesthesiology as an assistant professor. Donald received his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pa., in 1997, and also holds a master’s degree in public health from the UC Berkeley. He is currently eligible for certification by the American Board of Anesthesiology. Donald’s clinical interests include general and ambulatory anesthesiology. He served as chief resident for the Department of Anesthesiology from 1999-2000 and now directs the department’s medical student program.
