Greco joins Department of Pathology

Claudia M. Greco recently joined the Department of Pathology as an assistant professor, specializing in anatomic pathology. Greco earned her medical degree from Pennsylvania State University School of Medicine in 1975. She is board-certified in pathology, with additional subspecialty certifications in anatomic pathology and neuropathology. Greco's research focus is in neuropathology, in particular neuromuscular diseases and forensic neuropathology. She serves as a consultant for the Sacramento County coroner. Greco also has an appointment with the UC Davis M.I.N.D. Institute, where she will assist in the acquisition of brain material for understanding the pathophysiology of neurodevelopmental disorders.
