Room reservations for regular meetings in 2007 due now

Departments, programs and other units that have not yet booked their standing meetings through the end of 2007 with Conference Services should do so as soon as possible, or those meetings may not be scheduled.

Groups that have regularly scheduled meetings, such as on a weekly or monthly basis, must submit a request to ensure that they may continue to hold their meetings on the same day and time, and in the same location, in 2007. Each department or program is responsible for submitting its request for room reservations.
