Renewal of “B” parking permits begins June 10

The renewal process for “B” parking permits is scheduled for June 10-28. All current-year permits will expire on June 30, 2006.

Holders of B permits may renew them online using the links provided on the Parking and Transportation Services Web site at http://www.ucdmc.ucdavis.edu/parking. Once at the Parking and Transportation Services Web site, users should scroll down to the “Online Renewal Web site” link. Clicking on that link will take users to the renewal application. Employees should enter their Citrix/HS username and password to renew.

The Information Services Customer Support Center, at (916) 734-4357, is available to provide password information if needed. New B permits will be mailed within two weeks to employees’ home addresses once they have completed the online permit renewal process.

Upon receipt of their new permit, employees will be asked to activate their permit by following the instructions included in their permit package.

Employees without online access should check with their supervisor or manager for online assistance. Employees may also visit the Parking Services office in the Facilities Support Services Building, Suite 1100, to renew their permit in person. When renewing permits in person at the Parking office, employees must bring their old permits.
