EMR Admission Assessment and Flowsheet deployment complete

The Electronic Medical Record’s Post-Deployment Transition Center, established to help with the deployment of Admission Assessment and Flowsheets, is scheduled to close as of 7 p.m. on Friday, May 26.

After the center’s closure, the Issue Notification Form fax process will cease to be in effect, as the center’s fax number will be deactivated. Employees with suggestions should forward them to their representative on the EMR Clinical Review Group. A list of review group members is on the EMR Web site at http://intranet.ucdmc.ucdavis.edu/emr/pdfs/newsletters/EMR_News_042406.pdf.
