Parking Permit Renewal 2006-08

Parking permit renewal is scheduled for April 24 through July 7, 2006. Renewal dates are different for each permit type. Check the renewal schedule for your assigned time at http://www.ucdmc.ucdavis.edu/parking/renewal_schedule.html. All current year permits expire on June 30, 2006.

Online renewal is available for B, D, and D/U permits only. All other permit holders (carpool, courier, courtesy, volunteer faculty, department B or D, and motorcycle) will be renewed June 1 through 23, 2006. Old permits should be brought to the Parking Services office for exchange.

Holders of B, D or D/U permits may renew online using the links provided on the Parking and Transportation Services Web page. Simply enter your Citrix/HS username and password to renew. The IS Customer Support Center (734-4357) is available to provide password information if needed. PS1, Shriner's, DA and DU permit holders can pick up their new permits and access cards in the main hospital cafeteria and the Ellison Building cafeteria per the posted schedule at http://www.ucdmc.ucdavis.edu/parking/renewal_schedule.html. New B and all other D permits will be mailed within two weeks to your home address or post office box once you've completed the online permit renewal process. Employees will be asked to activate their new permit by following instructions that will be included with their new permit.

For those employees without online access, please check with a supervisor or manager for assistance or visit the Parking Services office located in the Facilities Support Services Building, Suite 1100.
