EMR seeks opinions on upgrade

The Electronic Medical Record team is seeking opinions on a recently completed upgrade of the EMR via an anonymous, online survey on the Intranet.

In performing the periodic upgrades, the EMR Team seeks to minimize the interruptions and other effects on users. To ensure that the team is concentrating its improvement efforts in the appropriate areas, it is seeking feedback on the upgrade process.

“We would like our users’ feedback regarding the upgrade process,” said Akwai Hinman, EMR testing services team lead. “If we are doing something right, we would like to know about it. If you have suggestions for ways to improve the upgrade process, we would like to know that, too.”

To access the survey, open your Web browser and type "emrsurvey" (without the quotation marks) in the address field then click on "Upgrade Survey," or just click this link: emrsurvey.
