Application deadline nearing for Management Skills Assessment Program

The deadline for submitting applications for a University of California-sponsored program designed to provide participants with the opportunity to demonstrate their management skills and have them evaluated in the context of complexities facing UC managers is less than two weeks away.

The UC Management Skills Assessment Program (MSAP) will be held May 1-5 at the Asilomar Conference Grounds in Pacific Grove.

The MSAP offers participants insights into their managerial competencies and potential by providing feedback on critical skills for successful management at UC. Throughout the program, participants will experience several simulated management scenario exercises, give and receive objective behavioral feedback, discuss their own strengths and areas for growth, and begin a plan for enhancing management skills in their careers at UC.

The deadline for submitting an application is Monday, Feb. 13.
