U.S. News & World Report has named the UC Davis School of Medicine as among the best in the country for primary care and research in the magazine's annual list of America's best graduate schools. The school ranked 26th in primary care and 48th in research. The 125 medical schools fully accredited by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education plus the 20 schools of osteopathic medicine fully accredited by the American Osteopathic Association, were surveyed for the ranking of medical schools.
