Clinical/Research InterestsDr. Wisner is a sought-after national and international speaker on shock and trauma management. He has contributed to numerous publications on trauma, serious injury and critical-care medicine. Dr. Wisner also holds a course director certification in advanced trauma life support. He has clinical interests in medical ethics and a variety of trauma-related topics. His research projects focus on the effects of head injury and shock resuscitation, resuscitation on uncontrolled hemorrhage, and a variety of insults on the blood-brain barrier. |
