Staff Physician

Responsibilities: Functions as a member of the Cardiothoracic Surgery Team.  Acts as assistant in cardiac and thoracic surgery under the supervision of an approved physician.  Provides perioperative care including medical evaluations and discharges. Assists in maintaining statistical database on patients and provides reports for physicians as requested.  Participates in research and education.

Qualifications/Experience:  Successful candidate will have assisting responsibilities in the OR, call coverage and postoperative care, and surgical training or experience consistent with these duties. Applicant must have State of California licensure.
