The application process
The Surgical Critical Care Fellowship Program participates in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP). All applicants are considered and appointments are made subject to the rules and regulations of the NRMP.
The Surgical Critical Care Fellowship Program plans to participate in the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) for the 2014 application season. This is the first year that Surgical Critical Care Fellowships have participated in ERAS. Therefore, we will allow applications through both ERAS and as detailed below. MyERAS will open to applicants on July 1, 2013.
Interested applicants should complete the application form and return it to the address below accompanied by a curriculum vitae. Three letters of reference sent either with the curriculum vitae or under separate cover and a passport photo are also requested. Interviews will occur throughout July, August and early September 2013. Scheduled dates for interviews will be available tin early June, 2013. Applicant qualifications include:
1) Completion of approved general surgery residency
2) California license (or eligibility) and Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Surgery
