Strategic Plan Town Hall and Webcast: May 9

Employees are invited to attend an online and in-person strategic plan update on Thursday, May 9, from 12 noon to 1 p.m.

Health System leadership will provide updates on ways the Strategic Plan's eight goals have been advanced.  A question and answer period with the senior leadership team will follow individual presentations.  Employees can submit questions in advance to strategicplanning@ucdmc.ucdavis.edu or via the Strategic Plan website.

Strategic Plan Town Hall and Webcast

On September 27, 2012 Strategic Planning Steering Committee Chair Frederick Meyers and other health system leaders gathered for a Town Hall and Webcast to share achievements in implementing the strategic plan's eight goals.  A question-and-answer session with senior leadership followed.  Employees were encouraged to attend via webcast, the health system's first utilization of webcast technology which allowed employees to view and interact from their workstations.
