Stem Cell Advisory Group
The role of the Stem Cell Advisory Group is to coordinate the development and implementation of programs at UC Davis, including the following elements:
- Five and ten-year strategic plans for stem cell research, including infrastructure and facilities;
- Seed grant program for campus researchers;
- Bioethical issues;
- Strategies for translating lab findings into clinical care;
- Reviewing and approving facilities needed for human embryonic stem cell research.
