Functional Movement Screening

$75 for the assessment and initial corrective exercises

FMS Logo

The FMS screening is used to identify limitations or asymmetries in seven fundamental movement patterns that are key to functional movement quality. The assessment provides an objective assessment of functional movement, and can be used as a predictor of injury potential. Individualized corrective exercises are then provided to address any problem areas.

Advanced Lower Extremity/ACL Injury Prevention Screening

$200 for the initial assessment and corrective exercises

The Advanced Injury Prevention screening combines the FMS assessment with high speed video based movement analysis of sport specific movement (jumping, lateral movement, cutting, etc...). The results are analyzed to uncover biomjechanical risk factors that may predispose an athlete to injury.  An individualized training program is then provided to reduce injury potential and improve athletic performance.
