Youth Camps: 2nd - 8th grades
This program is a fun way to keep kids active and prepare them for success in organized sports. Our program is designed to develop both essential and sport specific movement patterns to increase performance and reduce the risk of injury as they explore different sports. The program will create a strong foundation for the demands of more competitive sports or simply establish an active lifestyle. This specific program is great for younger athletes who are just beginning their sport careers as well as athletes who are looking to make their middle school or club teams.
Program Details
- 1-2 Sport Specific Training Session per week (2 months)
- Pre & Post-Training Skill Evaluations
- Parent and Athlete Educational Seminars and Take-Home Material
