Team Program: All Ages
In team sports the mentality is often that you are only as strong as your weakest link! In youth sports development and trainability occur at different rates for each individual athlete. This program focuses on training teams together while identifying the strengths and weaknesses of each individual athlete to create a training program that will maximize the potential and reduce the risk of injury for the individual and the team as a whole.
Program Details
- 1 Team Training Session per week
- Pre & Post-Training Team Skills and Conditioning Assessment
- Individual Nutrition Diet Analysis
- Educational Seminars
