High School Prep: 9th - 12th grade

This program is designed to prepare high school athletes for their competitive seasons. The program is a one to two month sport specific training program to improve overall conditioning and master sport specific movement patterns for optimal speed, agility, quickness, strength, and injury prevention. The program addresses the fitness and conditioning requirements specific to high school athletes to make and standout on their high school teams.
