A.C.T.I.O.N.S Youth Program

WHY A.C.T.I.O.N.S. ?

Athlete Conditioning, Testing, Injury Prevention, Orthopedics, Nutrition, and Sports Psychology is a developmental training program for youth athletes. UCD Sports Medicine provides a training model that encourages proper development and ensures the unique training of muscular systems to prevent injury and promote athletic performance.

A.C.T.I.O.N.S. targets athletes during their development when trainability is at its highest and motor skills are capable of change. Our philosophy is that a successful athlete is one who continues to learn and master the skills necessary to succeed in their sport injury free.  A well developed athlete is able to perform with proper movement patterns, balance, flexibility, speed, agility, and quickness as well as meet the demands of their sports through adequate nutrition and mental edge training. A.C.T.I.O.N.S. training methods will provide youth athletes with a fun, safe, and innovative program to improve performance and long-term sports participation.
