His ongoing training and utilization studies have focused on emergency department ultrasound, and his research activities have included comparison of a novel cricothyrotomy device with standard surgical technique, serial ultrasound examinations in the evaluation of blunt abdominal trauma, and use of toxicology screening in the emergency department. |
