The Integrating Quality Symposium, an important part of the clinical, research and education mission of UC Davis Health System, is an all-day event during which attendees will have several opportunities to review poster presentations. 

The agenda details all activities, especially the dedicated poster times when presenters should be present to discuss your project and answer questions.

- The information on your poster should include the learner(s) involved in this project and how learning was incorporated into the process.

 - There are many places to order posters. We recommend you contact your printing source immediately to confirm any required specs and production deadlines for creating your poster.

- Medical Illustration at UC Davis Health System can print final PowerPoint files. They can accept a cost center number, cash or check. Rita's email is rita.leppien@ucdmc.ucdavis.edu; x42133.

- Posters should be no larger than 36" x 48".  You must pay for your printing costs.

The day of the Symposium

Be prepared to set up your poster by 7:45 a.m., and to pick up your poster between 4:00 and 4:30 p.m. after the Symposium ends. We will provide easels for your posters. When you arrive to set up, check for your poster number on the first and second floors of the Education Building, 4610 X Street.
