Dr. Nakra is dedicated to providing excellent care for children, and strives to build a trusting and open relationship with them and their families.

Clinical Interests

Dr. Nakra specializes in the care of infants and children with infectious diseases.  She has experience caring for children with impaired immune defenses, including oncology patients and children with immune deficiencies.

Research/Academic Interests

Dr. Nakra's academic interests include appropriate prescribing of antibiotics to preserve the effectiveness of antibiotics and minimize side effects.
