Philosophy of Care

I genuinely enjoy being an OBGYN. Building relationships with my patients is a key part of my practice. I love delivering babies and providing prenatal care. No one likes having a pelvic exam, but if I can make your experience less uncomfortable, then it’s been a successful day! Whether you are pregnant and anticipating a baby, preparing for surgery, have a breast or pelvic issue or you are seeking routine well-woman care, my intent is to listen, educate and provide excellent care. I am proud to work at UC Davis, where I completed medical school and residency training, working alongside the doctors who inspired me to become an OBGYN.

Clinical Interests

Dr. Breen is a general OBGYN offering care for women of all ages and at all stages of their reproductive life cycle. She has a special clinic interest in prenatal care and splits her time between clinic and delivering babies on Labor and Delivery at the UC Davis Medical Center. She also sees women for a variety of other breast and pelvic issues including contraception, well woman care, cervical cancer and breast cancer screening, vaginitis and sexual health (to name a few).
