Philosophy of Care

Caring for children and our community is my passion, both professionally and personally. I am an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and have been in pediatric practice for more than 10 years. Being a mother of two helps me have a better understanding of patients and parents' needs.

Being part of the excellent health care team at UC Davis Medical Group allows me to continue my efforts in building a healthy and safe environment for local families.

Outside of work, I love to spend time with my husband and two boys, hiking, biking, doing yoga and cooking.

Clinical Interests

Dr. K's clinical interests include breast feeding, pediatric behavioral and development, and ADHD.
