Philosophy of Care
Internal medicine offers a unique opportunity to treat a broad variety of disease conditions. When these conditions coexist in one patient, I find it quite challenging to provide appropriate, comprehensive care. My patients' interests and welfare always come first when it comes to medical decision making. Both clinical experience and medical literature play an important role in my practice. Providing relevant medical education is always a part of my treatment plan because patients should have ultimate control over their own health.
